Situated in a picturesque hilly and wooded area, our accommodation is conveniently located just twenty kilometers south of Rennes and a short fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes Airport. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you explore the Vilaine river and its scenic tourist route, adorned with charming mills, perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides.

For those seeking excitement, the Lohéac racetrack is nearby and offers the opportunity to witness thrilling races and visit its magnificent museum.

Our spacious guest room offers a separate entrance for your convenience. The room is designed as a duplex, with a comfortable 160-bed on the ground floor, equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a separate bathroom with a refreshing walk-in shower.

On the upper floor, you will find a large room of 40 square meters, featuring two beds (140 and 90), creating a cozy ambiance. This space also includes a small lounge area, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, we provide various amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for tea and herbal infusions. To keep children entertained, we offer games and books. You will also have access to informative documentation about the region.

We are pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions. Furthermore, we are pleased to offer the use of two mountain bikes (one for men and one for women) for your enjoyment.

Directions

The Boulay is situated 20 km south of Rennes. To reach it, you can take the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. Take the exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and then take the fourth road on your right at the horse riding center. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at the destination. Look for signs at the last crossroads for guidance.

Alternatively, you can access The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto D 101. At the first roundabout, turn right onto D 48 towards Guichen and continue straight for approximately 8 km. Then, turn left towards the Guichen train station. At the train station, turn right towards Guignen on D48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m until you reach your destination. Look for signs at the last crossroads for guidance.
