This charming independent gite offers a spacious living area of 60 sq.m. It is furnished with 4-star quality, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 4 people. Located conveniently between Montpellier (12 km) and Lunel (6 km), and only 12 km away from the beautiful beaches, this gite is perfect for a relaxing vacation.The kitchen is fully equipped with gas plates, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer. A multifunction oven is also provided for your convenience. The cozy living room features a TV with TNT and DVD player, as well as WIFI access. The mezzanine-bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x200 bed and a desk. There is a second bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and an additional 90x200 extra bed is available if needed. The bathroom and WC are separate.
Outside, you can enjoy the lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs. The gite also has a garage with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. For families with children, the gite offers complete equipment for child care. Guests also have access to a swimming pool and relaxation area, which includes a spa, shower, and WC.

Dans cet endroit tout est parfait: propreté, calme, gentillesse et discrétion de la propriétaire, belle région , piscine très bien entretenue allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.
