The room is situated on the ground floor of a separate building and features an abundance of natural light, with a warm and harmonious color scheme. It is equipped with a double bed, a corner office, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom that includes environmentally-friendly dry toilets and a spacious Italian 90*120cm shower.For breakfast, guests can enjoy dining at our table or in the gazebo, weather permitting. Our table dhôtes option is available upon reservation, subject to our availability.
The hamlet is located on the outskirts of an 8-hectare woodland, which boasts a hiking trail connecting to GR 37, just 1 kilometer away. The Dinan-Vannes greenway is conveniently located 1 kilometer from our property. We also offer the option of garage parking for bicycles or motorcycles, and there is a dedicated park area for horses or donkeys accessible directly from our courtyard. Farm animals, such as cats, chickens, and sheep, can also be found on-site.

You will have access to parking facilities and can enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace area, complete with a barbecue for outdoor gatherings. Directions
To reach the destination, start from Rennes and follow the RN 12 towards St Brieuc. Take the second exit labeled "Montauban-de-Bretagne". Turn right, then left onto the D61 towards Médréac. Proceed straight for 2 km, passing through the small village of Saint-MHervon. After reaching a crossroads with a pumping station on the right, continue for another 100 m and turn right onto a lane marked with a "stop" sign. The destination is located there.
