This charming furnished studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful character building in the historical heart of Aix en Provence. It is ideally situated just a few steps away from famous landmarks such as the Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, and the Quatre Dauphins place. The studio is quiet, facing a communal courtyard, ensuring a peaceful stay. It can comfortably accommodate 1 to 3 people and offers secure WIFI access.The location of the studio is also very convenient, with the bus and taxi station nearby, as well as a variety of shops just 30 meters away. For those traveling by car, the Carnot car park is only a 1-minute walk away. Additionally, the studio is conveniently located within 15 minutes of the TGV station (shuttle available) and 25 minutes from the airport (shuttle bus available).
The studio is situated in the residential area of Mazarin, known for its tranquility. Upon arrival, you will find the studio fully equipped with linen provided free of charge. The linen is changed weekly upon request. The studio is clean and tastefully decorated, providing a warm and comfortable ambiance. Unlimited WIFI access is available, as well as a bouquet of international channels for your entertainment. You will also have the freedom to come and go as you please, making it the perfect choice for a rental accommodation.
The studio features a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to avoid eating out all the time and enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meals.
If needed, there is an optional independent room called "Les Cigales" available for 1 or 2 additional persons. It includes a double bed, bathroom, and toilet.

La visite d'Aix se fait à pied
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons constaté que la location de vacances était très propre et bien équipée. La location est au calme sur cour malgrè sa localisation idéale au coeur historique d'Aix en Provence. Il y a un parking 'carnot' à proximité ou la possibilité de louer un garage privé bien moins cher. La ville est sûre et magnifique. Merci Armand pour toutes les bonnes adresses.

séjour parfait
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement propre, calme et très bien situé au cur d'Aix. Les sites touristiques, les commerçants et les restaurants sont à quelques pas. La visite de la ville se fait à pied. C'est une merveilleuse ville. Merci pour l'accueil et les bonnes adresses.
