Experience the charm and tranquility of the Gers region, nestled between Auch and Toulouse. Our characterful gite offers a delightful stay with a swimming pool, set within the grounds of a beautiful 1850s property. Perfect for 2 or 5 people, our accommodation offers comfort, quality, and ample space. The interior boasts tasteful decoration, featuring exposed stone walls and beams.Surrounded by 1.8 hectares of parkland, our gite is immersed in nature, situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the southwest. Renowned for its architectural treasures, exquisite gastronomy, and relaxed way of life, this region is truly enchanting.
With its 3-star prefectural approval, our gite offers two spacious rooms. One room features a 140x190 bed, while the other offers two 90x190 beds. Additionally, there is an office and a large living area (80 m2) with an open-plan kitchen and an additional bed. The gite also includes a bathroom with a separate toilet.
Our gite is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, color television, DVD player, and hi-fi system. We can also provide child-friendly equipment upon request.
Situated within a 1.7-hectare garden, surrounded by fields and woodland, our gite offers a true sense of seclusion. Accessible via a private road spanning approximately 900 meters, you can enjoy perfect tranquility. However, just 5 kilometers away, the main road of the Gers (N124) allows for quick and easy access to the region's attractions, as well as the vibrant city of Toulouse.
Our gite features a typical Gers courtyard, providing a cool respite during warmer months. Additionally, guests can relax on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the secure swimming pool (12x6 m), protected by a safety barrier that complies with NF P90-306 standards. We also offer outdoor play equipment for children, including a swing and tricycle. For those looking for some friendly competition, there is a table tennis table and two all-terrain bicycles available. Furthermore, our garden is furnished with comfortable teak chairs, a table, garden chairs, and a rattan bench and armchairs.
