Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis! This fully air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a comfortable stay. With its spacious 58 m2, it is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the beach. The city center and port are also within a 10-minute walk.The apartment features large windows in every room, providing plenty of natural light. All rooms have access to a 40 m2 balcony equipped with electric blinds, offering stunning views of the sea and Cap Canaille. The balcony is the perfect spot for dining and sunbathing, with 2 sun loungers available.
Inside, you'll find a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The living room is also furnished with 3 nesting tables, 4 chairs, a color TV, and a library. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a 140cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with a chair, a 3-door wardrobe (one with a mirror), a wooden chair, and even a baby cot.
For your convenience, all windows and windows have electric shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with 6 kitchen items, a table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher, an 8-cutlery set, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower cabin with windows, a sink with a 2-door/3-drawer cabinet and mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.
You won't have to worry about parking, as the apartment comes with a garage. Linen rental is available upon request. Please note that the minimum rental period is one week, with rates ranging from 550 to 900.
