This charming detached house is located in the idyllic countryside, surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees. It is available for weekly rentals only, offering all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The private swimming pool (8X4) is securely fenced and exclusively reserved for tenants, ensuring your privacy and safety. The house is air-conditioned and has free WIFI, providing you with a comfortable and connected experience. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated, while the Provencal dining room and leather living room with a flat screen TV, CD radio, and DVD player create a cozy and entertaining atmosphere. There are three bedrooms, two with 160 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds, all equipped with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The house also features two bathrooms, a large garage with laundry facilities, and a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture. Additional amenities include diesel central heating (at an extra cost) or reversible air conditioning. Please note that the cottage is not fenced, and small animals are only accepted upon request. Baby equipment can be provided free of charge upon request as well. The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions, with a village located just 1.5 km away, accessible through picturesque country paths. In May, you can even taste cherries directly from the orchard. Within a 10 to 15 km radius, you will find many charming tourist villages to explore, such as Bonnieux, Gordes, Roussillon, and Rustrel with its Provencal colorado. There are also numerous Provencal markets to visit, including Apt on Saturdays, St Saturnin on Tuesdays, Sault on Wednesdays, and Coustellet on Sundays. Directions
HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE?
To get to the house, follow these directions:
1. Take exit 24 (Châteaurenard, LIsle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt) from the A7 motorway.
2. Turn right towards (Airport, Avignon, Apt and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue) at the exit.
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards (Caumont, LIsle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt).
4. Continue on the D900 and at the next roundabout, take the direction (Worthy, Coustellet, Apt, Gordes).
Upon arriving in Coustellet, there are two possible routes:
Route 1: Route Apt
1. At Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 towards Apt at the junction.
2. Pass the Beaumettes Enlightenment.
3. Just before entering Apt, turn left at the roundabout near E-Leclerc shopping center.
4. Take the D943 "Avenue Viaduct" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt through the village.
5. After leaving the village, turn left on the D2 "Roussillon Route" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, Roussillon.
6. Continue for 1.2 km and you will pass a house with large cedars and a chapel at the entrance on your right. After that, turn left at the field of Andéols.
7. After 50 meters, immediately turn right on a small path to reach the country house.
Route 2: Route Gordes
1. At Coustellet, turn left on the D2 towards Imberts at the crossroads.
2. Continue on the D2 towards Gordes and at the roundabout, continue straight (do not go up to the village of Gordes) towards Joucas, La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt.
3. Before reaching the "straight line" of Joucas, leave the town on the left and continue straight towards La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt.
4. Cross the hamlet of La Tuilière and then continue on the D2 for 4 km, passing the hamlet of Bellots.
5. After 100 meters, turn left onto the second small road to reach the country house.
