Our charming cottage is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. With a comfortable surface area of around 50 m2, it offers 3 rooms on the ground floor and a cozy bedroom upstairs. All rooms are equipped with efficient electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.Situated just 30 meters away from the main house, our cottage provides a true sense of independence. Nestled within a beautiful wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares, you will also have your own private garden and a delightful terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
For your convenience, we provide a well-lit asphalt parking area as well as a garage for bicycles or any sailing equipment you may have.
The main room of the cottage boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light. Tastefully decorated, this room features a color TV, a comfortable sofa, and chairs where you can unwind and enjoy pleasant evenings. We also offer a selection of board games, books, and tourist information to enhance your stay.
The cottage is further equipped with a fully functional kitchen that includes a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.
The bathroom is equipped with a convenient shower and double sinks, complete with storage furniture. A separate toilet is also provided for your convenience.
On the ground floor, you will find a charming bedroom with a cozy bed measuring 160 X 190, accompanied by a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, there is another room which can be accessed from the living room, offering two comfortable beds measuring 90 X 190, bedside tables, and a closet.
Additionally, if needed, we can provide a high chair and a cot upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with little ones.

After approximately 500 m, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to our house.

Take the A16 towards Calais and exit at Boulogne-sur-Mer and N42 (4 lane road). Take the Le Wast exit and after 2 km, turn left towards Marquise. Continue on this road to Wierre-Effroy. Before reaching the village, on the left side, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to our house.
