The accommodation includes the following features:- Parking area and a private yard with garden furniture, as well as a garden.
- The ground floor consists of a main room with a combined lounge and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
- On the upper level, there are two bedrooms and another toilet located on the landing.
The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, stove, fridge with a freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, all necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The lounge/living room area features a comfortable couch and a television. The bathroom offers a shower, while a separate toilet is also available.
Upstairs, one of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is a toilet conveniently located on the landing.
Guests can enjoy access to wifi throughout the accommodation. There is also the possibility of adding an extra bed or a cot if required. A highchair is also available for families with young children.

Directions
Once you reach the village, head towards Saint Malo along the coast, passing through Cherrueix. When you reach the garage, take the road to the right just before it, and continue straight until you reach a crossing. Turn left at the crossing, and you will have arrived at your destination.
