Welcome to our spacious gite with charming stone walls and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchenette ensures your comfort with a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. The living room features a dining table with 6 chairs, a cozy sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, 2 armchairs, a TV, DVD player, and WIFI access.

The first bedroom offers two single beds which can be easily converted into a king-size bed. The second bedroom boasts a unique headboard made from a preserved bread oven, along with a double bed and an additional folding bed. All beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels).

The bathroom offers a shower and basin, while the toilets are separate. In the spacious hallway closet, you will find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies.

Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, complete with a playground, bicycles for loan, and outdoor games. The shared pool, measuring 5x10m2, is heated from June to September and treated with sea salt, eliminating any chlorine smell. The pool area also features a hot shower and WC facilities.

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continue on the A83 motorway until you reach the Fontenay le Comte exit, which is exit 8 leading towards La Rochelle.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after passing Niort, join the A83 motorway. Take the Fontenay le Comte exit, which is also exit 8 leading towards La Rochelle.
Our location is only 5 km away from exit 8 of the A83, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
