In every room, guests will find tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a hair dryer for their convenience.Our elegant sitting room features a baby grand piano for music enthusiasts, as well as a collection of books for leisurely browsing. Start your day with a delicious breakfast served either indoors or in the garden during the summer months. Prepare to be captivated by the warm and relaxed atmosphere that we have cultivated, creating a true haven of peace in the beautiful Loire Valley. Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking.

The charming "Cottage" is a delightful "Self Catering House" suitable for up to 4 guests. It boasts two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom. The cottage also features a generously sized living room and dining area, as well as an open kitchen. Renovated in the traditional style of the beautiful Loire Valley, it offers a high standard of quality with exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings.Guests will have access to various amenities including a refreshing swimming pool, a barbecue for outdoor grilling, and lovely gardens to relax in. Additionally, the cottage provides free wifi, a convenient garage, and all necessary linen and towels, including pool towels. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within the premises.

Directions
Located approximately 2.5 hours away from Paris, you can reach our destination by taking the A 10 autoroute highway in the direction of Orléans - Bordeaux. Take the exit for Tours Sud and St Avertin, then follow the signs for Chinon. Once you reach Chinon, take the D 749 road towards Richelieu. After approximately 1 kilometer past the roundabout, turn right onto the D 115 road towards "Ligré par le vignoble". Continue for 5 kilometers, then make a left turn towards the "Le Rouilly" hamlet. Take another left at the Dozon warehouse. Our Guest House is located 800 meters down on the left.
