Originally constructed in 1838, the farmhouse has undergone a remarkable transformation into a charming Bed & Breakfast, featuring five comfortable rooms. Adjacent to the farmhouse is the Blue Lagoon recreation building, which serves as a versatile space for sports, games, art, and leisure activities. Additionally, it can be rented for workshops, weddings, festivities, and receptions. In the meadow, we have created a mini camping area.The five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and separate toilet, form a Small World of their own. Each room is named after a place in the world that holds beautiful and cherished memories for us. All the bedrooms offer picturesque views of the garden and the mountains beyond. Our Bed & Breakfast boasts five double rooms.
PtitMonde enjoys a prime location near Col de Bonhomme, Hohneck, and the stunning lakes of Xonrupt Longemer and Gérardmer. From our terrace, guests can catch a glimpse of the scenic Route de Crêtes. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast seeking tranquility or a passionate motorbike enthusiast, our establishment provides the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation. After extensive efforts, our yard has been transformed into a sun-drenched garden, offering various spots for relaxation – by the pond, in a hammock, on the grass, or in one of the many shaded seating areas. For those looking to engage in activities such as ping-pong, table football, enjoying live music, or exploring our mini flea market, the Blue Lagoon is the place to be.
Winter guests will find themselves at home at PtitMonde. The nearby ski resorts of La Bresse, Gérardmer, and Lac Blanc cater to winter sports enthusiasts. Adjacent to our property, a splendid snowshoeing trail awaits exploration. At the end of an adventurous day, guests can unwind by the fireplace in the central living room, while savoring the warmth of a cup of Glühwein or hot cocoa.

Coffee aficionados will appreciate our luxurious coffee bean espresso machine, which caters to a range of preferences, from ristrettos to latte macchiatos. Additionally, it provides different temperature settings for hot water, ideal for tea lovers. Speaking of tea, we offer an extensive selection of herbal teas, including our own homemade blends.
Should you have any dietary restrictions, we are more than happy to accommodate gluten allergies and even follow the guidelines of Chris Verburgh's dietary philosophy, The Food Hourglass.
For guests on the go, we provide convenient lunchboxes, which include fruits, snacks, soft drinks, and a choice of sandwiches made with French or homemade bread.
Within our dining room, guests can enjoy a delightful lunch at PtitMonde, featuring a variety of warm and cold meals, fresh smoothies, wholesome cakes, salads, deluxe sandwiches, and homemade soup.
Our buffet breakfast includes homemade bread, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, croissants, chocolate bread, homemade brioche, or fresh French bread from the local bakery. Additionally, we offer cottage cheese and muesli, tea, coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, homemade jams, honey, butter, cheese, and cold meats.
Coffee and tea are available throughout your stay.
The entire Bed and Breakfast is equipped with central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season.

Description for Gite
Our gîte, named "Grand Voyage," offers a spacious and fully equipped accommodation for up to 6 people. It features an open kitchen and living room, along with three comfortable 2-person bedrooms. The kitchen/living room area measures 33 square meters, while the bedrooms range from 16 to 21 square meters.Each bedroom in the gîte has its own bathroom and toilet, providing privacy and convenience for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric plate, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Additionally, there is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker available for your use. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI service.
The gîte can be rented for a minimum of 4 days, and it is suitable for guests aged 16 and above. Located in the same building as the chambre d'hôtes, you will have access to all the amenities and facilities offered to the chambre d'hôtes guests. These include a TV room, Information corner, garden, recreation room with a piano and table tennis table, washing machine, and minibar. You can also choose to enjoy the breakfast buffet or indulge in a cozy evening at the table d'hôtes.
The price for renting our gîte is 175 euros per day, which covers cleaning costs, bed linen/towels, electricity, and heating. Please note that the price does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to 0.50 euros per person per night. From October 1 to May 1, there is an additional contribution of 15 euros per day for heating costs.

To reach your destination at PtitMonde, follow these travel directions:
1. Start by heading in the direction of Metz and Nancy from Luxembourg.
2. Continue in the direction of Strassbourg and Colmar.
3. Approximately 40km before reaching Colmar, you will pass by Saint Dié. Take the exit for Gerardmer.
4. After driving for about 15km, you will come across a roundabout in Anould. Take the exit for Fraize, following the sign.
5. After the roundabout, turn right onto the second street (approximately 500m after the roundabout) with the logo PtitMondeOnline.
6. Stay on Rue Jeanne d'Arc, which is a long and winding road. Keep to the left.
7. After about 1km, take the first left turn onto a road.
8. Continue on this road for approximately 2.5km until you reach a T-junction. Turn right at the sign for PtitMonde.
9. After 200m, you will arrive at your destination, PtitMonde. Follow the signs to the parking area.
10. Check in at the Entrance upon arrival. Loading and unloading can be done at the entrance.
