Located 25 kilometers North-West from Brest in Landada, the charming new cottage "Brise des Abers" offers accommodation for 2 to 6 persons. Nestled in an enclosed garden, this cottage will captivate you with its comfortable amenities and sunny exposure. The terrace, complete with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue, provides a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.The ground floor features a lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering French and international channels, with direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160*200), a bathroom with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate WC.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with sea views, each equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet. There is also another separate WC. Parking is available on the property, and there is a garage with direct access from the kitchen.

Welcome to our charming vacation home with a beautifully maintained garden and a sunny orientation. Start your day by enjoying breakfast outside or indulge in a delicious barbecue with the fresh fish you bought from the local market.Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and modern furnishings. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped with everything you need. Relax in the lounge area with international satellite TV, a DVD player, a sofa bed, and cozy armchairs that comfortably seat six people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils.
On the ground floor, you will also find a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, wash basin, storage spaces, and a hairdryer. There is a separate toilet and a convenient garage with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms with stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds (90cm) and a wash basin.
The garden provides ample parking space for two cars, and it is automatically illuminated for your convenience and safety.
Our house is ideally located, just a 3-minute drive from Landéda where you can find various shops, a supermarket, and a weekly market. Additionally, a short 5-kilometer drive will take you to Lannilis, where you will find three supermarkets and all the necessary shops.

Directions
To get to the house from Rennes, follow RN 12 towards Brest. Just before reaching Brest, head towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, take the road D13 towards Lannilis. In Lannilis, continue towards Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for approximately 1.5 km, take the road towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters from the beach.
