Welcome to our beautiful ground floor apartment located in BECHY (57580), ideal for exploring the heritage of Lorraine, Alsace, Luxembourg, attending the METZ Exhibition Fair (FIM), or for business travel. The apartment offers a private terrace and barbecue, ensuring a peaceful stay while being only a 4-minute drive away from all amenities such as restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

Conveniently located within a 20-minute drive from Metz via the motorway (RN955), you can easily enjoy the city's numerous activities and attractions before retreating to the tranquility of our farmhouse. The apartment is also within 15 minutes of the FIM (International Fair METZ), MERCY hospital, METZ NANCY airport, TGV station, as well as A4 and A31 motorway exits. Pont A Mousson is 20 minutes away and Nancy can be reached in 35 minutes.

The comfortable apartment, suitable for 4 people, features WiFi and includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The bedroom offers a bed (160 X 200), and an additional bed for 2 (140X200) is available in a connecting room. A baby cot is also provided.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but guests have the option to smoke outside. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

The rental rate includes all charges, sheets, and linens, and is priced at 85 euros per night (minimum 2 nights) or 350 euros per week. Monthly rates are available upon request for 200 euros.

Breakfast and the possibility of dining with our hosts are available for an additional charge. On-site parking is provided.

The MERCY hospital and FIM are less than 15 minutes away. The METZ city center, the Pompidou Centre, and the museum are a 20-minute drive from the house. Golf courses such as CHERISEY (10 minutes), METZ (15 minutes), and FAULQUEMONT (20 minutes) are nearby. AMNEVILLE and its spa can be reached within 30 minutes.

The region offers a wide range of attractions for both children and adults. Highlights include the cities of Metz, Nancy, Luxembourg, and Strasbourg with their cultural heritage, the POKEY LAND leisure park with activities such as ropes courses and paintball, the Waligator amusement park with rides and entertainment, and the Amneville leisure park with a zoo, cinemas, ice rink, swimming pool, restaurants, golf course, casino, and spa.

Other attractions in the area include Lake Madine, METZ water park, the Moselle riverbanks in REMICH, the Pompidou museum in Metz, the Vigy bike-rail, the Gardens and Laquenexy Pange, the Maginot Line forts of Fort Hachenberg and Simserhof, and Malbrouck Castle.

The Sainte-Croix Animal Park and various mining museums are also worth a visit. The region offers a plethora of recreational activities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for children, teenagers, and adults alike.

Directions

To get to Metz from Paris, follow the A4 highway towards Metz. Once in Metz, continue on the A4 towards Strasbourg (avoiding Metz Centre) and then towards Metz Est. From there, take the direction towards Chateau Salin. After exiting towards Chateau Salin, continue on the fast track until you reach the first roundabout. Take the third exit towards Lupy or St Avold (be careful not to take Buchy as it is a different village). Finally, continue straight until you reach the Bechy exit.

If you are coming from Luxembourg, take the A31 highway towards Metz. As you approach Metz, follow the A4 towards Strasbourg (avoiding Metz Centre). Once on the A4, take the A315 motorway towards Metz Est and then the N431. From there, take the direction towards Chateau Salin on the secondary road D955. After taking the exit towards Chateau Salin, continue on the D955 until you reach the first roundabout. Take the third exit towards Lupy or St Avold on the secondary road D910 (be careful not to take Buchy as it is a different village). Finally, continue straight until you reach the Bechy exit.
