Description:

Description for B&B:

All three of the renovated bedrooms are distinctly designed. The first room, named Francis after the victor of Marignan who once stayed at the Castle in 1533, showcases elements of the Grand Century decor, including furniture and portraits of prominent figures from the Louis XIV era.

The Marie Antoinette room, on the other hand, embodies the luxurious lifestyle praised by Talleyrand before the revolution, featuring a hip bath and a toilet that indulges the senses of the more adventurous.

For those who prefer the Second Empire style, the Empire Room is the ideal choice. With its Eugenie furniture and calming gray walls, this room is perfect for relaxation. The spacious Salon located at the back of the castle is a great gathering spot before or after dinner. Enjoy a delightful plum aveyronnaise by the fireplace on cool nights.

The cuisine at Chateau Canac perfectly complements the ambiance. Busset, the chef, skillfully expresses the flavors of the Aveyron terroir. For an even more exquisite dining experience, guests can venture to Moulin de Cambelong, located in Conques, a scenic thirty kilometers away. Gourmet packages, combining stays at Chateau Canac and meals at the Michelin-starred restaurant in Conques, are also available. "A table my lords!"
