This house is filled with spacious and comfortable architecture, offering stunning views of the forest to the south. It is peacefully situated in a lush green setting, yet conveniently close to the village center. Children will have access to a playground, and the starting points for the first hiking trails are only 100 meters away. The property includes two parking spaces, beautifully landscaped gardens with flowers and trees, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a large terrace complete with a garden table, chairs, and a gas barbecue.In the charming village of Illfurth, just 300 meters from the cottage, you will find a delightful bakery, a friendly butcher, a newsagent-tobacco shop, and a small grocery store. There is also a traditional restaurant called "Le Coq," an Irish pub, and a Carrefour supermarket. Other amenities in the village include a kebab restaurant, a pizzeria, a cheese shop, a pharmacy, four hair salons, a library, three doctors, three dentists, two physiotherapists, a chiropodist, and a wonderful little market on Thursday mornings. There is even a bicycle repairman available.

Colmar, with its famous Wine Route and the stunning High Koenigsbourg Castle, is just 35 minutes away, and there is a ski resort within 30 minutes' drive. If you're coming from the Euro-airport Basel in Switzerland or Freiburg, it will take you about 35 minutes to reach Altkirch. At 1 pm, you can take the A35 to reach Strasbourg, which will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you're interested in exploring the wine route and visiting the Castle High Koenigsbourg in Colmar, it will take you approximately 35 minutes to get there. Additionally, there is a ski resort that is only 30 minutes away from Altkirch. If you're planning to visit Freiburg in Germany or the Laguna Water park, it will take you about 45 minutes to reach both destinations.
