Welcome to The Barn at ARRION, a delightfully comfortable barn located just 20 minutes away from the ocean in Landes. This charming accommodation can accommodate 4 to 12 persons.

The barn features 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 persons, with additional seating and dining places for 8 campers from the same group (please note that tents are not provided). Nestled in a peaceful and isolated area, surrounded by nature, it offers absolute tranquility. It is conveniently located 20 km away from the ocean, with easy access to nearby lakes such as Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les-Dax, as well as the thermal town of Dax, which is only 16 km away.

Inside the barn, you will find 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, along with a baby bed. There is also a bathroom with an Italian shower, 2 sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, and there is a lounge area, a dining area with a 12-person table, and a bar corner. The barn opens onto 8 hectares of open wooded ground, perfect for outdoor activities. Additionally, there is a BBQ and an outdoor warm shower. The barn has a surface area of 150m².

The location of the barn is convenient, being only 3km from the A 63 motorway exit 11, between Magescq and Herm. The village of Magescq is also just 3km away. The ocean, including Messanges Plage, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau, can be reached within a 20-minute drive, while Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau are only 15 minutes away.

For your convenience, bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, and covers), bath mats, 4 towels, and a kitchen towel are provided. The barn also offers various entertainment options, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, forest hikes, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available within 100 meters. The owner lives nearby and will gladly provide advice and assistance.

If additional accommodation is needed, ARRION guesthouse is located just 100 meters from the barn and offers extra bed and breakfast options.

The rental rates for 2022, for 4 persons, are as follows:
- Weekly rental (minimum one week):
- Mid-July to end of August: 900,- /week
- Low season: 700,-/week
- Camper with own tent: 10,-/day per person, children under 10 years old stay for free.
- A deposit of 500,- is required.
