In the beautiful region of Provence, you will find two charming cottages that have been awarded a 3-star classification. These cottages are located in the Le Mas des Oliviers farmhouse and offer a delightful swimming pool and a jacuzzi with seating for up to 6 people.Both cottages are equipped with air conditioning and WIFI, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. For your safety and peace of mind, the pool area is securely fenced, and the spacious garden spans an impressive 2500 m2.
Lavenders Cottage, designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, boasts a cozy living room with a TV and DVD player, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The accommodation features a generously-sized bedroom with a shower, washbasin, and a double bed, along with a single bed on the mezzanine level. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a double bed. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is another double bed located on the mezzanine level above the living room. The cottage is further equipped with a bathroom and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
Situated on the first floor, Lavenders Cottage also offers its own terrace on the ground floor, complete with a barbecue for your outdoor cooking needs. Bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
The cottage's garden is a haven for children, with various games available, including a ball court and a ping pong table. There is also ample parking space within the property.
Located a mere 600 m from the village of Richerenches, renowned for its truffle market (open from November to March), as well as its vibrant flower fair (held in May) and exceptional Côtes du Rhône wines, these cottages offer a convenient and delightful base to explore the region.
With attractions such as Grignan just 6 km away, Vaison la Romaine at a distance of 35 km, Orange situated 30 km away, and the majestic Mont Ventoux located 40 km away, you will have the opportunity to discover the diverse landscapes and charming villages of Provence at your leisure.

Directions from the north:
To access from the north, follow these steps:
1. Use Google Maps to find A7 exit Montelimar South.
2. Take the Montelimar South exit and continue on N7 towards Avignon Nîmes for approximately 2/3 km.
3. Then, make a left turn towards Grignan (for Valaurie).
4. Follow the signs for Grignan and Valréas for about 5 km until you reach Grillon.
5. At the non-priority roundabout in Grillon, turn right onto D20 road for 4 km towards Richerenches.
6. Continue straight through Richerenches and at the next non-priority roundabout, take the direction towards Baume de Transit.
7. After about 20-30 m, you will see a path called Chemin du Bois on the left (it runs along the back of the stage) for about 100m.
8. Look for the second brown metal gate on the right, and you have arrived.

To access from the south, follow these steps:
1. Use Google Maps to find the route from Orange to your destination.
2. Take the Orange center exit and follow the signs towards Valreas.
3. Continue through Sérignan, Ste Cecile les Vignes, and Tulette until you reach Richerenches.
4. At the roundabout in Richerenches, take the exit towards Baume de Transit.
5. Drive for about 50 m, and then immediately turn left onto chemin du Bois, which runs along the stage.
6. Look for the second brown metal gate on the right, and you have arrived.
