Description for Gite

La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The bedroom is perfect for two, featuring a spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm and a lovely view of the picturesque surrounding fields. The private bathroom is equipped with modern fittings, ensuring a refreshing and convenient experience. Additionally, there is a small sitting area where you can relax, read the newspaper, or enjoy a good book while taking in the beautiful view.

Situated below the gîte/studio is a convenient summer kitchen. This well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast or even a simple meal if desired. It includes a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. All necessary kitchenware such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are provided for your convenience.

The gîte also offers a private entrance and terrace accessible through double doors. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your own outdoor space.

Gîte Rates:
Weekly rates range from €385.00 to €448.00, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

If you prefer a Bed & Breakfast experience, we offer per night rates ranging from €65.00 to €79.00, including a delicious breakfast. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside our accommodation, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions

To reach La Clôture, follow the road directions for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy on the N764 for 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look for a small road on your right leading to "La Florida" and immediately turn left onto a dead-end road. The house (La Clôture) will be right there, the first house you come across, just 25 meters away.

If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle in Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will see a sign for La Clôture at the end of the country road on your right. The coordinates for La Clôture are latitude 47.98024159 and longitude -2.58971572.
