Welcome to the charming cottage de la Lande, situated in the picturesque village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by lush apple orchards and rolling fields! This delightful Normand house is conveniently located just 25 minutes or approximately 20 km from the beautiful beaches, an hour's drive from Caen, and a two-hour journey from the iconic Mont Saint Michel.Perfectly designed to accommodate up to four guests, be it adults or children, the cottage offers a cozy and comfortable retreat. The spacious 900m² garden surrounding the house is ideal for both young and old to enjoy outdoor games or relax by the barbecue during delightful evenings.
The interior of the house has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with a modern lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedding is new and specially designed to provide utmost comfort and support for all guests. Additionally, a cellar is available for storing bicycles or any other belongings.
For your convenience, a terrace complete with a barbecue and garden furniture is provided, allowing you to fully embrace the outdoor experience.
Rates for the cottage are as follows:
- During the high season (June, July, and August), the weekly rate is €270.
- During the low season (September to May), the weekly rate is €200.
- For a weekend stay, the rate is €120 for a minimum of 8 guests.
Optional cleaning and sheet services are available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
