Our spacious villa (180m2) on the ground floor is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It boasts 4 bedrooms, including 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot, making it perfect for families or groups. The villa is also designed with easy access for people with reduced mobility.Inside, you will find 3 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space. The villa is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet, allowing you to enjoy a convenient and enjoyable stay.
One of the highlights of our villa is the veranda with a stunning sea view, which opens onto a spacious wooden deck. Additionally, there are two other shady terraces on either side of the villa, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor dining. Surrounding the villa is a large garden of 1300m2 with fruit trees, adding to the tranquility and charm of the property.
If you're looking to explore the nearby beach, Vincendo beach is within easy reach. You can either take a leisurely 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. This beautiful beach offers several small coves with black sand, making it a picturesque and unique spot. Please note that swimming is allowed but not supervised.
For those interested in nature and outdoor adventures, the Rivière Langevin and lava flows are located nearby, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area.
Our villa is available at different prices depending on the time of year. Outside of school holidays, the weekly rate is 490 euros, while during school holidays, it is 560 euros per week. We also offer a weekend formula, with a rate of 290 euros for arrivals on Friday and departures on Sunday.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide linen, and upon request, we can arrange cleaning upon your departure for an additional fee of 60 euros.
