This charming house offers a spacious ground floor with a large 35 m² living room that includes a kitchen, living area, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a toilet and a small laundry room on this level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds and a double bed (with an additional fold-out bed available if needed).

The house is fully equipped with a variety of utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a food processor, a washing machine, and a 70 cm TV. The heating system is aerothermal.

Outside, there is a courtyard and a lawn, along with a garden table, chairs, and a sun lounger.

This house is available for rent throughout the year, whether you are looking for a month-long stay, a week-long getaway, or a weekend retreat (subject to reservation).

The rates for this house are as follows:
- October to April: 200€ per week
- September, May, and June: 270€ per week
- July and August: 340€ per week
