Our Holiday Cottage "gîte de la Motte" is a charming traditional stone house that offers independence and spaciousness, spanning 80m². It is the perfect destination for a delightful and relaxing holiday with family, friends, or as a couple.Situated in the heartland of the Arthurian Broceliande forest, this splendid area is a haven for history and legend enthusiasts. Explore the wonders of Merlin's Grave, the Fountain of Youth, Hotié de Vivianne, the castle of the Lady of the Lake, and the mystical Valley of No Return.
For outdoor enthusiasts, walkers, and cyclists, the Broceliande area is an ideal destination. Discover a multitude of activities such as hiking, horseback riding, pony treks, visiting ancient standing stones, and enjoying the leisure activity base with water activities on the nearby lake. Canoeing, mini-golf, and an adventure playground are also available for those seeking an active holiday.
The rental price for our cottage ranges from 350€ to 450€ per week, with an option for a short stay (B&B) priced at 80€.

Directions
If you are traveling by road, it will take approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes to reach our destination from Paris using Highway A11. If you are coming from Rennes, it will only take around 40 minutes by taking the RN24.
Once you reach Plélan-le-grand, follow the road through the city until you see a sign on your right indicating the direction of Paimpont (D38). Keep going and enter the forest. In the middle of the forest, make a right turn onto D40, following the signs for Saint-Peran. After passing the hamlet of Trédéal, you will find La Croix Perrault.
