The house is located in front of a 400 m2 garden, perfect for family fun and relaxation. The garden is connected to the rest of the family property. Although there is another house on the same property, each house has its own access and they are positioned in a way that ensures privacy for the occupants. From the house, you can directly access the GR34 trail, which offers beautiful walks along the sea towards Paimpol, Loguivy Sea, or Lézardrieux. There are also several beaches within walking distance. The three landscape pictures shown in the advertisement are just a 5-minute walk from the house.
