This charming location serves as an ideal base for day trips to popular tourist destinations such as Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion, and the citadel of Blaye. The surrounding countryside offers endless opportunities for leisurely walks and invigorating hikes, with numerous marked trails available for walking, mountain biking, or even horseback riding. Along these paths, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Dordogne valley, meandering through vineyards, forests, quaint villages, and valleys. Your accommodation will be in a beautifully restored former farmhouse, overlooking our horse pastures. We also offer facilities for those who wish to bring their own horses.

Directions

To get to our location, follow these revised travel directions:

If you are coming from the A10 motorway, take exit 40b towards "Libourne". Continue following the signs to Vérac. Once in Vérac, go straight through the town center following the signs to Libourne. Then, take a left and follow the signs to Galgon. Take the first left again, following the sign for "Cap d'Oustaud". Keep going straight until you see our place, which will be just in front of you with a wooden terrace.

If you are coming from the A89 motorway, take exit 10 towards "Galgon". In Galgon, follow the signs to Vérac. When you reach "Godineau", take a right following the sign for "Cap d'Oustaud" (the sign will be on your right). Then, take the first left following the sign for "Cap d'Oustaud". Our place will be just in front of you with a wooden terrace.
