This charming cottage is a perfect getaway for 2-4 people, offering 43 m² of comfortable living space. It features a spacious terrace of 40m² and a beautiful garden of 100 sqm. Nestled in a protected rural area in Saint Lunaire, it is only 3 km away from the city center, the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast, and neighboring areas like Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, and Saint Malo.The house underwent a complete renovation in 2015 and is equipped with modern amenities. The living room includes a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate for your convenience.
The large bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, perfect for a small family or group of friends. The bathroom boasts a luxurious Jacuzzi tub with a steam shower.
Outside, you can relax and enjoy the spacious terrace and the enclosed garden. Private parking is available, and pets are allowed upon prior agreement.
Cleaning services at the end of your stay can be arranged upon request. The cottage is also available for weekend and holiday bookings from March to June, with prices starting from 120 for 2 nights and an additional 40 for each extra night.
While the cottage offers a peaceful countryside setting, it is essential to have a car to explore the nearby attractions. You will have the opportunity to visit iconic places such as Saint Malo (10 minutes away), Dinard (5 minutes away), Dinan (15 minutes away), and even the famous Mont Saint Michel (40 minutes away).
