Looking for temporary accommodation in the heart of Saint André de l'Eure? Look no further! Our fully restored main house offers the perfect solution for your short and medium stays. You will be warmly welcomed by our friendly staff.Guests have access to a beautiful enclosed garden of 1000 m² and a veranda with garden furniture to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Conveniently located just 200m away, there are restaurants where you can indulge in delicious meals.
The ground floor of the house features a cozy breakfast room where you can start your day with a delicious meal.
On the upper floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed, the second bedroom has a 160 cm bed, and there is an adjoining small bedroom with a 110 cm bed. The bathroom and toilet are shared among the guests.
If you are planning a trip to Normandy with friends or family, we can provide you with a second chamber for two people, with shared sanitary facilities.
Our breakfast options include viennoiseries, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad, deli assortment, cheeses, cereals, and a variety of beverages such as orange juice, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. You can enjoy your breakfast in the bright dining room or on sunny days, in the conservatory.
Parking is available in the courtyard, and if you wish, you can also book a table for breakfast for up to five people.
The price for a room starts from 55.00 Euro per week for two adults, including breakfast. There is a 20% discount for stays beyond two nights.
