Nestled in a quaint hamlet near the serene river Vienne, in the heart of the stunning Charente countryside, our cottage is the epitome of idyllic French living.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor features a spacious kitchen/diner equipped with a large dining table, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.

The living room is perfect for cozy autumn evenings, with a wood burner, comfortable chairs, a large double sofa bed, a TV and DVD player, as well as a selection of games and books for entertainment.

First Floor:
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a single futon for additional seating or sleeping arrangements.

The second bedroom offers a large double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers for all your storage needs.

The bathroom is complete with a shower and toilet.

Outside:
Enjoy the sunny terrace located at the front of the house, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The property also features a garden at the rear, with a spacious grassed area and garden furniture for your enjoyment.
