Welcome! On the ground, you will discover a charming garden with two bedrooms and an independent studio measuring 27 and 30 m² respectively. The first room, named "Bird Room," features a small kitchenette and can comfortably accommodate up to four people for a short stay of one or two nights. However, for longer stays, it is ideally suited for two guests. This room can also be arranged with two separate beds if needed.The second room, named "Imagine," is a spacious 27 m² area equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle neatly tucked away in a cupboard. The bathroom sink is shared with this room. "Imagine" is better suited for very brief stays.
Both rooms offer a private bathroom, TV, WiFi, a chair, a desk, a separate entrance from the garden, and parking facilities. The bedding in both rooms is a comfortable 160 size. The rooms provide a spacious and peaceful environment. Additionally, having a fridge and microwave at your disposal allows for great flexibility during your short stays.
You have the option to rent each room separately for one, two, or three people, or you can rent both rooms together to accommodate a group of up to seven people (please contact me for further details). Each room has its own designated parking spot and entrance.
Upon arrival, you will receive a gate beep and the keys to your room. If payment is made in advance, late-night arrivals are also possible.
The location is conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk to bus lines 3 and 89, which will take you to Gorge du Loup and Vaise station, connecting you to the Lyon metro. Additionally, Jubin Station, which is a 15-minute walk away, provides direct access to Saint-Paul Lyon.
Cleaning services and towels are included in the price for your convenience.
