This spacious room is 20 m² and features a walk-in closet. It includes a comfortable 140 cm bed and a sofa bed, as well as a cozy sitting area equipped with a TV offering Freeview channels. The room also boasts a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. In the morning, the hostess will personally serve breakfast in the communal kitchen from 7:00 to 10:00.Rates:
- 1 person: 30 euros per night (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the next day)
- 2 people: 45 euros per night (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the next day)
- 3 people: 60 euros per night (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the next day)
- Children (10-16 years old): 25 euros per night

This newly built independent duplex apartment offers a modern and comfortable living space. The apartment boasts separate entrances for each level. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a cozy lounge area, and a convenient bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a sitting area and a TV with various channels. The apartment covers a total area of 50 square meters and is facing east.Additionally, we offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation for one-night stays. Please contact us for more details.
The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful park spanning 600 square meters, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring our stunning region. Upon request, you can also enjoy a barbecue in the park.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We provide bed linen, electricity (8KW/day), water, and parking as part of our services. Furthermore, we offer a laundry service for an additional fee.
