This charming farmhouse is a perfect example of the traditional Lotoise farms, located in a peaceful and green countryside setting in the northwest of Lot. Just 4 km away, you will find Lacapelle-Marival, a town with all the necessary shops and a magnificent 13th-century castle. The surrounding area offers numerous attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the valleys of Lot and Dordogne, a beautiful lake, and a zoo. The house underwent renovation in 2005, while preserving its original character. It retains the timeless charm of its era, with buildings arranged around a courtyard, a well with a stone trough where cattle used to drink before returning to the barn, and a restored bread oven. The ground floor of the barn opens onto the courtyard, where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The upper floor is level with the pool. Access to the house is through a stone staircase, and inside, you will find the preserved "inglenook" and "scullery". The rooms are tastefully and simply furnished, providing a pleasant and bright atmosphere.
