Les Glycines can be found in the charming village of Mison-les-Armands, nestled in the picturesque Alpes de Haute Provence region. Conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Sisteron and a mere 5 minutes from Laragne, this former hotel-café-restaurant, originally built in 1870, has undergone a remarkable transformation. Today, it offers three delightful gîtes for rent, each exuding a cozy and comfortable ambiance.Preserving the authentic style and materials of this Provençal building, Les Glycines is a testament to timeless elegance. On the southern side of the property, a spacious communal garden awaits, adorned with majestic chestnut and cherry trees that provide delightful shade. Within this enchanting garden, guests can discover a refreshing swimming pool, complete with a charming beach area and comfortable deckchairs.
The available accommodations include three inviting gîtes. Gîte La Baume and Gîte Jouère are perfect for couples, accommodating two people comfortably. For those traveling with additional guests, the possibility of adding an extra bedroom allows for a comfortable stay for three or four people. Gîte Malaup, while designed for two people, can also accommodate a small dog upon prior consultation.
Please note that Les Glycines welcomes guests who are 18 years of age or older.
Description for Gite
Gîte Jouère:Located on the first floor, Gîte Jouère can be accessed through a private terrace with a staircase. This charming cottage spans approximately 50 m² and offers a beautiful view of the wisteria and garden, which includes a swimming pool facing southeast. The small private terrace under the lime tree is equipped with a table, chairs, garden furniture, and a Weber barbecue. Designed to accommodate two people, Gîte Jouère also has the option to be rented with an additional bedroom for groups of three or four.
The cottage is well-appointed with the following features:
- A spacious living room serving as a lounge area with available wifi, as well as a dining room with a kitchen area complete with a fridge, oven/microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, and coffee maker (including Magimix-Nespresso).
- A comfortable bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The minimum length of stay is three days, with prices starting at 85 per night for two people.
Gîte Malaup:
Gîte Malaup offers its own private entrance and terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and a Weber barbecue. With an area of approximately 50 m², this cottage overlooks old mulberry and lime trees, providing a serene and picturesque environment. Designed for a maximum of two people, Gîte Malaup is spread across two floors.
The layout of the cottage includes:
- A dining room on the ground floor with a kitchenette featuring a fridge, oven/microwave, coffee maker (including Senseo), gas cooker, dishwasher, table, and chairs.
- The first floor consists of a bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, two armchairs and a coffee table, a wardrobe, and available wifi.
The minimum length of stay is three days, with prices starting at 90 per night for two people.
Gîte La Baume:
Gîte La Baume is located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase from the large terrace on the south side of the house. With an area of approximately 50 square meters, this cottage offers a stunning view of the wisteria in the garden, which includes a swimming pool. The private terrace in the garden is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
The cottage features:
- A cozy living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs.
- A well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, Magimix coffee maker, and fridge.
- A spacious 20m² bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200cm), a wardrobe, two chairs, and a table.
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- Wifi is available both inside and outside the cottage.
The minimum length of stay is three days, with prices starting at 90 per night for two people.
For all three gîtes, please note:
- Our accommodations are non-smoking.
- Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), towels, and kitchen towels are provided. However, please refrain from using them at the swimming pool. Pool towels can be rented for 5 per person or brought from home.
- Final cleaning service is available for 60.
