Location:The Chautagne Motz cottage is situated at the intersection of three departments in Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and Ain.
The town offers a variety of sports and outdoor activities, with the Space Sport and Nature area located just 2 km away. This area includes a supervised water facility, two tennis courts, a roller skating rink, a tree trail, and a restaurant.
For those interested in exploring the beautiful surroundings, the cottage is conveniently located about 15 km north of Lac du Bourget, where you can enjoy activities such as beach relaxation, pedal boating, water skiing, and dining at a restaurant by the lake. The GPS coordinates are N 45.92581 E 5.83407.
Accommodation:
The terraced house offers approximately 65 m2 of living space, along with a garden of about 25 m2 equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are two parking spaces available in front of the house.
Additionally, there is a basement with a washing machine and dryer, which can also accommodate two bikes. We provide five adult bikes, including one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others.
The cottage features three bedrooms:
1. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm).
2. The second bedroom contains a double bed (120 cm) and a loft bed (90 cm) elevated above it.
3. The third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). It can accommodate up to three people.
For additional guests, there is a supplemental fee of 5 euros per person per day. We can provide a mattress in bedroom 3 (90 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (130 cm).
Bed linen and towels are provided, and we also supply kitchen linen.
Kitchen equipment:
The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. There is sufficient tableware for up to 7 people.
Salon equipment:
The living room features a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a mini HiFi system, WiFi, board games, and a library.
Other equipment:
We provide a hairdryer, a fan heater, two fans, an iron, an ironing board, and a drying rack. There is a floor vacuum cleaner as well as one upstairs.
For families with infants, we offer a high chair, a changing table with a newborn bath, a chamber pot, and a stroller.
Additional services:
We can arrange babysitting services upon request, and pets are welcome.
