Situated in the heart of the Armorique Regional Natural Park, it is renowned for fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, folklore, and dance. The Greenway is just 2km away. Local shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The house is ideally positioned between the Arrée Mountains, Huelgoat, and Morlaix.Located in a quiet village of Scrignac, the house consists of a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.86m, features a double bed. Amenities include electric heating, a washing machine, TV with DVD player, and a microwave. The terrace is enclosed and equipped with outdoor furniture, a deck chair, and a barbecue. Bed sheets are provided.
