Your quote will be customized according to your specific conditions of stay and the number of people. The pricing examples provided are based on a minimum rental period of 15 days. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay and the season.

During the low season (April to September), the rental rates for an empty house are 1280 per month or 42 per day. For four guests during the high season (October to March), the rates for an empty house are 1480 per month or 49 per day. Please be aware that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities.

The presence of the owner is optional but desirable. If you do not wish for the owner to be present, please inform us. Please note that the owner's presence is scheduled from August to February 2024.

For long-term rentals of more than three months, a discounted rate of 1100 per month is available for a maximum of four people. However, please keep in mind that these rates may be subject to slight increases depending on the length of stay and the season.

Additional supplements may apply, including a weekly rate of +2 per person per day, a daily rate of +3 per person per day, and a weekend rate of +30 per day for a maximum of six people. Weekly cleaning or cleaning after departure is mandatory and incurs a fee of +25. Please adhere to the mandatory check-out time of 10 am and expect check-in to be from 2 pm for cleaning and preparations.

"Experience the Comfort of our Mauritian Creole House for Rent. This spacious and bright house features a suite, 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are well-appointed with all necessary furniture and amenities including beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, dressing tables, and mirrors. The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated with colonial paintings and the walls, ceilings, and shutters have been completely redone.

Located just 200 meters from the sandy beach of Grandbaie Center, 2kms from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, and 5km from the beach of Pereybère, this house offers easy access to the best beaches in the area. It is also conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the city center of Grand Baie. The bus station is only 50 meters away and offers frequent and affordable transportation.

The rental includes access to shared outdoor facilities in the residence, including a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by a beautiful garden with mango and coconut trees. Two tennis courts are also available for use. Additionally, the property is equipped with a large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen.

The rental premises come fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances and amenities, including a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, refrigerator, microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, iron, clocks, and more. Linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are also provided.

Please note that any work or painting on the premises is not allowed without prior agreement with the owner. The tenant must report any anomalies or issues to the owner immediately for insurance purposes. A security deposit is required to cover any damages or additional costs, and it will be refunded within one month after deducting any necessary expenses.

The tenant is responsible for their own insurance, including civil liability and damages. The owner will provide their own insurance for the property.
