The fully equipped kitchen, along with 2 sun terraces and a spacious living room, ensures a delightful stay. Adjacent to the villa, you will find a Provencal-style barbecue next to the secure and heated pool, measuring 5mX11m. To cater to families with small children, 2 cots and high chairs are available. The pool is heated from mid-April until late October, and both the villa and pool area offer a reliable wifi network.

The Villa is available for rental all year round. It boasts a spacious area of 170 sqm, all located on one level, with two expansive shaded terraces for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a charming Provencal style barbecue by the pool, providing the perfect setting for a delightful drink or dinner before or after a fun-filled game of bowling.

The villa offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Rhone Valley, the enchanting vineyards, the majestic Mont Ventoux, and the beautiful Alpilles. You can also indulge in the luxury of a private, heated, and secure 11m x 5m pool, ensuring complete privacy. The villa is situated on a 1200 sqm plot of land adorned with flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants, as well as a generously sized area for ball games.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Senseo machine, among other amenities. The dining and relaxing area features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There are two bedrooms furnished with double beds (160X200), two bedrooms with twin beds (90X200), and an additional room equipped with three single beds (90X200), along with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (with 16 sets available). For families with infants, there are also two cots with foam mattresses that are dust mite resistant.

The villa offers two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet for your convenience. A laundry room is provided with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator. The spacious living and dining room features yet another TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, a fireplace, as well as comfortable sofas and armchairs.

Other amenities include a traditional Provençal BBQ, a petanque court with boules available on-site, and two garages, one of which is accessible to guests. Ample storage space is available throughout the house, ensuring a clutter-free stay.

To reach Villa Peyrolas, follow these travel directions:

1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Proceed on the D 994 road in the direction of PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 road towards BARJAC.
4. Make a left turn onto the D 901 road towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. Keep to the left and head towards the village and the cross.
6. After passing the village, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
