Rent a detached house on a family property that comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people. The house, with a size of 20 m2, has been fully renovated and offers a charming and peaceful atmosphere. It is surrounded by nature and has a large fenced area, ensuring privacy and security.The living room is equipped with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. There is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a shower room with a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, providing a perfect place to relax without any disturbances.
If needed, there is a mezzanine with two additional double beds, although the access to it is impracticable.
The property is conveniently located near the Orient Forest Park, just 10 minutes away from the lakes. It is also within 5 minutes of the Troyes/Dienville bike path, a supermarket, and a 10-minute drive from Troyes, known for its magnificent architectural heritage and factory stores. Additionally, the amusement park Nigloland is only 30 minutes away.
The house is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15, with a weekend rate of 50 euros per night, a weekly rate of 40 euros per night, and a full week rate of 200 euros from Saturday to Saturday. For longer stays, please contact us.
Additional services are available upon request, such as the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels and a towel for 5 euros, and baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros. There is also an option for a cleaning fee of 20 euros upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
