There is a bathroom with a separate shower and bath, as well as separate toilets on both floors.
On the main floor, guests can relax in the exceptionally comfortable living room, complete with an open fireplace and bread oven. There is also a smaller TV/reading room with another fireplace and a pull-out couch, which opens onto the garden and terrace. The spacious kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. The house exudes an authentic ambiance with its original stone floors and walls, exposed beams, and open fireplaces.
The garden, completely enclosed for privacy, offers picturesque views of the rolling countryside of the Hautes Côtes and the surrounding vineyards. It provides both shaded and sunny areas, including a terrace for al fresco dining. Additionally, guests can enjoy the use of garden furniture and a BBQ.
