Price beach homes:Our rates are designed for families of three or more. Each year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and world travelers can take advantage of discounted rates during the off-season. We provide cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats.
For one to two people:
Low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15): Our best rate VAT is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for one to two people (5400 XPF or 53.63 € per person; if only one person, the fixed price is 10,800 XPF).
High season (April to October): VAT rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for one to two people (6400 XPF or 50.28 € per person; if only one person, the fixed price is 12,800 XPF).

Intended for families looking for medium to long-term stays, our accommodations offer a range of amenities and services to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our newly built houses are spacious and fully equipped with kitchens and private facilities. Please refer to the detailed notes at the bottom of the page for more information.During your stay, you'll have access to a variety of leisure facilities and activities that are included in your package. Additionally, we are located in close proximity to a new catering service (50 meters) and a small snack bar (150 meters) for your convenience. We also offer a fridge stocking service, allowing you to have all your essentials ready upon arrival.
For those seeking adventure, both on land and at sea, we provide a range of activities. Our Polynesian guide will be delighted to assist you in exploring the island and discovering manta rays (available from April to August). Please note that there is a minimum 4-hour rate for these activities, with a cost of 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person on Wednesdays.
If you're interested in diving, our dive center offers complimentary pick-up service from the residence. We also have a 4X4 vehicle available for land expeditions, which can be arranged upon request.
For a truly relaxing holiday, we offer a convenient meal delivery service directly to your house's terrace. This allows you to enjoy the stunning view of the beach and lagoon while savoring your meal. We also provide a flexible boarding service tailored to your preferences, so you're not bound by a fixed meal plan. Our approach allows you to choose from various services, manage your budget effectively, and enjoy a hassle-free holiday experience.
As part of our partnership with a nearby catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality, you can have meals and breakfasts delivered to your beachfront terrace free of charge.
Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. Before your arrival, we offer a fridge stocking service based on your list, with purchases charged at cost plus a 800 XPF (or 6.7 €) service fee.
In close proximity to the residence, there is a small snack bar called "Mimi" on Tereia Beach, operating daily until 3 PM. Additionally, in the village, you'll find a small store, bakery, and restaurant. The restaurant offers meals at a budget-friendly price range of 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (or 10 to 15 €) per person. There is also a package delivery service available for 800 XPF (or 6.7 €), and a pizzeria offering single slices for 200 XPF (or 1.68 €). The village is approximately 3.5 to 4 km away, or 2 km via a more challenging but scenic route.
Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, you have the opportunity to explore other beautiful sites during lunch or dinner, particularly on the nearby motu (islets). However, availability is subject to reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.
A limited weekend menu is available for Saturday and Sunday nights, which you can find attached.
There is a new small store called "KOKI" (run by Mark and Melissa) open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, including Sundays. This store can assist you, and we can arrange a stop there during your transfer.
Being located on the island provides you with great freedom of movement, and many nearby attractions can be accessed on foot.
Throughout your stay, our manager Lai will be available to provide information, advice, and assistance in managing all services and addressing any small everyday issues.

Our spacious beach fare offers 72 m2 of living space, with the option for air-conditioned bedrooms. The fare includes windows with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a stove, hob, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge/freezer. Other amenities include a double sink with hot water, dishes, television, DVD player, board games, a selection of books and DVDs, linens, beach towels, high-speed internet access, a mobile phone recharge card, and a telephone for contacting hotel restaurants, diving services, healthcare facilities, and other essentials. The fare also provides a small safe, 24-hour electricity, a terrace overlooking the sunset, an outdoor shower (convenient for returning from the beach), a BBQ area, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), and the option to request privacy by displaying a "household" sign. Additionally, there is a washing machine, laundry facilities, and cleaning products available. We also offer baby equipment, including two cribs with bedding, two high chairs for meals, and two bicycles with child seats.
Leisure Facilities and Free Activities Included in Your Accommodation Package:
Your stay includes access to a range of leisure facilities and activities at no additional cost. These include kayaks, bicycles for both adults and children, beach volleyball, bocce, beach pails, and accessories for young children, as well as beach and sea chairs. We also offer activities such as crab hunting, fishing nets, bird feeding, and white moray exploration. Additionally, we provide mapped hiking trails (with an island map highlighting interesting sites), access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence, snorkeling opportunities 150 meters to the right of the residence, and a safe beach area for children to swim. Please note that hiking in the mountains is available without a guide, starting from the village. Furthermore, there is a kite surfing spot 100 meters to the left of the residence.
(2) Stays longer than one week include additional equipment free of charge, with the exception of a Hobie Cat 16.
Facilities Fee:
Please note that certain facilities require an additional fee. Our discounted rates contribute to the maintenance of these facilities. The fees are as follows: 5,000 XPF (41.9 €) for the rental of a catamaran (Hobie 16), restricted to experienced HC 16 users who are capable of setting it up in the initial configuration; 2,000 XPF (16.76 €) per half day for sailboards; 1,000 XPF (8.38 €) per day for fishing equipment (including rods, reels, nets, and spearfishing equipment); and a package fee of 500 XPF (4.19 €) for masks, snorkels, fins, and beach shoes (available in standard sizes) for the duration of your stay.

Directions
To travel from Papeete in Tahiti to the island of Maupiti, you will need to take a flight. Upon landing on the island, there is a transfer package available from the Village Dock Residence to Maupiti. This package costs 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 will receive a half-price discount, and babies can travel for free. This fee must be paid before departure.
