This charming farmhouse is located near Castle Fougis and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. It features 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. Previously restored by the former tenant, the old farmer who worked the land of the Castle of Fougis, this house and its courtyard provide a magnificent view of the Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and the Castle of Fougis. This spacious detached house is spread across two floors, offering ample living space for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, including appliances such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a generously sized bedroom with a double bed and a second room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. Both rooms share a bathroom and toilet, while a second toilet is available in the spacious lobby.Moving upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms furnished with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath and toilet, and the possibility of providing an extra bed if needed.
The house boasts a sunny terrace in front, allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view of the sculpture park. Parking is available on the property, and guests also have access to tennis and table tennis facilities. For those seeking relaxation, a private lake is open for swimming.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including various hiking trails, canoeing, quad biking, karting, and other sports.
