We invite you to rent our charming holiday home situated in the serene and picturesque town of Prades (66500), in the beautiful region of the Pyrenees Oriental in the south of France. Our villa has been certified by both "Gites de France" and the "Tourisme & Handicap" organization, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accessibility.This delightful villa, surrounded by lush greenery, offers a tranquil and idyllic retreat for up to 6 guests. It boasts a well-appointed terrace, perfect for enjoying the pleasant surroundings. Inside, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a luxurious double bed (160*190cm) and the other with two single beds (90*200cm). The living room features a TV, internet access, and a convenient sofa bed. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and washing machine. The villa spans an area of 65m2 on street level.
The villa also benefits from a private garden and enclosed parking spaces, ensuring your peace of mind and security. Access to the owner's swimming pool is exclusively reserved for our guests, providing a refreshing and private oasis during your stay.
