The spacious house (120 m²) is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, adjacent to a former farm that is no longer operational. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests (with the possibility of accommodating 9 with extra beds).On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room (35m²) equipped with a TV, stereo, and telephone. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with a hood, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 generously sized bedrooms, a hallway, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Parking is available for up to 3 cars behind the house.
The house features a lovely terrace and garden at the front (facing south), furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views, with no direct neighbors to disturb your tranquility.
