The stone house offers two recently renovated apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Both apartments provide independent access to a terrace and garden. Situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2, the property includes a swimming pool and private parking exclusively for the use of guests staying in the apartments. With a maximum capacity of 5 people per apartment, comfort is ensured. Located in a tranquil village near the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the closest beach is approximately 8km away. The popular destinations of Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are conveniently located at a distance of 15km each, which can be verified on my website. The secure swimming pool, measuring 8.5m X 4.1m with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 2m, is shared exclusively between the two apartments. Additionally, the parking area is also shared. The pool water is treated with a salt solution, providing a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity level of 3 grams per liter, which is 10 times less than that of the sea.Reviews
