To reach the Domaine de Montboulard, follow the directions after leaving Angouleme and heading towards Périgueux. Keep in mind that the farm, dating back to the fifteenth century, is hidden in the woods and not visible from the road. Its strong walls and closed watch tower provide a fortified appearance.
