Apartment Bella Vista, located in Quillan, offers a cozy and convenient stay, only a 5-minute walk from the town center.With its own separate entrance, Apartment Bella Vista features a stunning south-facing panorama terrace that spans the entire width of the apartment. Enjoy outdoor dining with the provided brick barbecue while taking in the breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Additionally, Bella Vista is perched on a hill just above the town, providing a serene and picturesque setting.
Adjacent to the property, a small railway passes by, allowing for a charming one-carriage train to make its way to and from Carcassonne three times a day.
The gîte itself is an 80m2 apartment located on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, kettle, and more. In the spacious living room, you'll find a dining table, comfortable seating area, TV, CD player, books, and reviews, as well as a radio for your entertainment.
The two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, and linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The generous bathroom features two sinks, a bath, and a walk-in shower, while a separate toilet adds to your privacy. A washing machine is also available for your use.
