Le Clos Monthébert is a charming country cottage nestled in the picturesque hilly countryside, offering a tranquil haven for relaxation. Originally an old farmhouse, it has been beautifully converted into a cozy country house, surrounded by a one-hectare wooded and fenced park, creating a serene green oasis. The cottage is located in a separate annex to the owners' house.On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance hall leading to a bright and spacious authentic kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities such as a hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a delightful dining area. The large living-dining room exudes a unique flea market atmosphere, combining rustic charm with modern appeal.
The Plantagenet room on the ground floor boasts a comfortable 160 bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This spacious room is tastefully decorated in soothing shades of gray and mauve, offering picturesque views of the garden. The Bocage room, also on the ground floor, features a cozy double bed and a mineral-inspired ambiance with its rough stone walls and tiled floor. It has its own en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet.
Upstairs, the 24 Hours Room can be accessed via a spiral staircase. This charming attic room offers two 90 cm beds that can be joined together to form a comfortable 180 bed, as well as an additional 90 cm bed. It has a private bathroom complete with a bath, basin, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Ideal for a small family or three individuals needing their own beds.
Linen and WIFI are provided for your convenience, and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fan, and hairdryer. In the warmer months, guests can relax in the enclosed garden or enjoy al fresco dining on the furnished terrace. You may also take leisurely walks in the wooded park, accompanied by the friendly Golden Retriever, who is accustomed to children.
Furthermore, a magnificent secure swimming pool measuring 10m by 5m awaits you, complete with a solarium terrace furnished with comfortable deckchairs and a pergola. Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the owners and is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in this area. The property offers free and secure parking with a digital code gate, as well as covered shelter for one car.

Access to Le Clos Monthébert is easy, with the A11, A28, and A81 motorways accessible from exits 8 and 9, making it approximately a 20-25 minute drive.
