We are offering you three room options:1. The first room features a spacious bed of 160, complete with a private bathroom that includes a shower and a relaxing balnéo bathtub.
2. The second option is a parental suite, equipped with a bed of 160 and a mezzanine area that has two individual beds of 90. This suite also has its own private toilet.
3. Lastly, we have a Duplex room that consists of a queen size bed, a bathroom, an individual toilet, and a cozy small lounge area with additional sleeping arrangements.

Valerie warmly welcomes you to her charming and tastefully decorated 100 sqm cottage, situated in the picturesque green valley of the Royal Eure. Located just 1 hour and 5 minutes away from Paris and Dreux, this delightful accommodation beautifully combines the traditional charm of a Norman cottage with the contemporary comfort of a modern home.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room featuring a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.
Upstairs, there are three inviting bedrooms for your comfort. The first bedroom offers a comfortable 160 bed and a sofa, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two cozy 140 beds each. You will also find a bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath, a shower, and a toilet. For your entertainment, there is a color TV, and a cot and high chair are available upon request.
During your stay, you can enjoy various activities available on-site, such as playing tennis, cycling, or engaging in children's games. Furthermore, there is a barbecue and garden furniture provided for you to relax and dine outdoors. For your convenience, bed linen and housekeeping services are included.

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
