This charming detached house measures 100m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is spread across two levels for added privacy and convenience.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room featuring a contemporary fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There is also a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room provide plenty of natural light and offer stunning views of the garden.
Moving upstairs, you will find a versatile space that can be used as a game room or office. Additionally, there is a generously-sized bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.
The beautifully landscaped garden spans an impressive 3600m² and is filled with lush vegetation inspired by the Gulf Stream. Here, you can admire mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and an abundance of hydrangeas. The garden is also a haven for various bird species, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind.
The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Outside, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
