Located in the heart of the Languedoc region, near Carcassonne, Trèbes, Narbonne, and the Canal du Midi, the castle is the perfect base for exploring the Cité de Carcassonne, playing golf on an 18-hole course, visiting the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, relaxing on the beaches in Narbonne, experiencing the vibrant regional markets, or enjoying hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and kayaking. Alternatively, guests can simply visit local winemakers. With its own entrance and parking, the house is conveniently located just 60 yards from the castle and at the edge of a beautiful 12.5-acre castle garden, perfect for leisurely strolls.Inside, you will find a fully equipped and modern interior with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. However, the house still exudes the charm and elegance of times gone by. The large patio with a pergola and your own private garden (over 220 sqm) provide the ideal setting for outdoor dining, enjoying a glass of wine, or having a barbecue (garden and barbecue equipment available).
