Welcome to Marie's Bed and Breakfast located near the stunning Pink Granite Coast, close to Perros-Guirec in beautiful Brittany. Our B&B is situated on a charming farm, once owned by my grandmother, with easy access to Lannion. This is the perfect location to explore the Paimpol area and visit Roscoff on the unspoiled and breathtaking Pink Granite Coast.

We offer two accommodation options. The first is a cozy room located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, perfect for 1 or 2 guests. The second option is a completely renovated separate building, with a kitchen available, suitable for 1 to 5 guests. Both options provide a unique and authentic experience, showcasing the charm and character of the old stone farm.

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast, served between 8:00 and 9:30. Choose from a variety of hot drinks including tea, coffee, chocolate, or milk. Enjoy toast with salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yoghurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes. Before you set off to explore the stunning Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings, I will provide you with information and recommendations to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Don't forget to try some of the local restaurants and pancake shops!

We offer a range of amenities including a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue, spacious garden, and a play area for children. If you are traveling with a furry friend, we are happy to accommodate your puppy upon request. We also have complete baby equipment available for your convenience.

Our prices range from 45 to 55 euros per night, including breakfast, depending on the season and number of guests. We accept payment by cash, check, or holiday vouchers.

We have availability throughout the year, offering rentals for nights, weekends, mid-week stays, and longer periods. Come and experience the beauty of our area, with its kilometers of coastal paths, and create unforgettable memories. We look forward to welcoming you!

Experience the charm of my Grandmother's Farm in Lannion. This idyllic location is perfect for exploring the stunning Paimpol area and the picturesque Roscoff on the unspoiled and breathtaking Pink Granite Coast. Situated between the enchanting towns of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol, in the beautiful Coasts of Armor 22 in Brittany.

Our accommodations offer a comfortable stay in an old stone longhouse, providing a true country feel. You will have your own private entrance and terrace (60m²), complete with a barbecue and a cozy living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a multifunction oven, microwave, 220L refrigerator, 50L freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. There are also two toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room features a charming stone wall, a fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. The first bedroom has three single beds (90x200), an office space, and a wall cupboard. The second bedroom offers a double bed (160x200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. Television is available upon request.
